Overview

SAP Jam is a versatile social enterprise collaboration solution that streamlines business processes. Whether it is handling urgent service tickets in a timely manner, discussing potential sales opportunity, or knowledge sharing between experts and coaches on a specific topic, SAP Jam brings the best of applications data, process, content, and people in one contextual workspace.

As part of a larger acquisition of SuccessFactors, there were two overlapping products (StreamWork and Cubetree) that were overhauled and combined to create SAP Jam.

My role was to develop, iterate, and deliver on user experience documentation and visual design assets. Since the nature of the agile development is fast paced with with quarterly releases both on mobile and web, the challenge is to ensure the end product matches the intended user experiences. This is achieved through communications between the various stakeholders, and using prototyping tools to convey the optimal experience.
